This means that part of your order may ship from global areas such as China, Thailand, and Singapore etc. Items shipped from our global warehouses may take up to 28 - 38 business days for delivery due to customs checks. If your tracking doesn’t show the most up to date status, please do not panic, it's on its way :)
There will be tracking numbers provided for the majority of US & UK orders. For rest of the world locations, you can still receive free shipping but package tracking is subject to the shipping method availability.

We will ship items to you within 1-3 business days after payment is cleared. If available, we will provide a tracking number once it is shipped.
If the customer's country or region charges fees like import tariff, value added tax, customs handling fees, etc, the customer will have to bear the charge(s). The fees will be collected by the Post Office or courier service provider of the customer's country or region. In case the delivery of an order is delayed due to customs, we bear no responsibility in this circumstances. We do not issue any proof of export documents, such as proof of country of origin, or export visas.
- We apologize that we do not deliver to APO addresses. Please provide an alternative address. Thank you!
- During the seasonal period (eg Valentine's Day, Christmas, Easter) there might be some delay in posting process. During this period, please allow 7 extra business days for delivery. If an item has not been delivered within the approx. day stated above plus 7 extra days; please send us an email, we will refund your shipping cost.
When will my order ship?
Your order will usually ship between 1 - 3 business days. You'll receive an email notification when your package has shipped. (Exceptions to this are: if we are waiting on more stock, if you’ve ordered multiple items and one is a pre-order or not in stock)

What's your return policy?
We hope that you love your items, however, if for any reason you're not happy with your order we offer a return policy to all customers. The items must be in their original condition and packaging and we must be informed so that we can provide a return address to one of our global warehouses. Simply contact us within 3 days of receipt, and return the item within 10 days for a full refund of the purchase price. (Return shipping fee and original shipping fees will not be refunded). If an item is damaged or faulty on arrival then send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receipt and we will refund or replace your order. Please ensure you include your order reference and photos of the damaged product.
Do you offer package tracking?
For US & UK shipping, yes. You should receive an email with tracking details when your package has shipped. (Also check your Spam folder if you can't find it). For rest of the world locations, package tracking is subject to the shipping method availability. You can track your package at https://geekkitt.aftership.com/ once you receive your order tracking number. You can find your order tracking number by clicking "View your Order" in your Order Confirmation or Shipping Confirmation emails.
What are your shipping rates and policies?
We offer FREE Worldwide shipping on all orders. Please see the Shipping Fees & Delivery Times Tables above.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Make sure to enter your entire international address in English characters. Don't forget the Postal Code!
I made a mistake on my order, how do I fix it?
If your order hasn't yet shipped, please email us at email@example.com.
I'd like to cancel my order.
You can do so at any time prior to us shipping it by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure to include your order number and intent to cancel at the top of the message. We'll promptly refund you in full.
I accidentally provided the wrong shipping address!
If you catch this error quickly, and if we haven't shipped your order yet, please let us know by emailing us at email@example.com. Make sure to include your order number and the correct mailing address. We'll make the change on our end and ship to your new address. If we've already shipped your order to the incorrect address you accidentally provided, we'll have to wait for the order to be returned to us before we can re-ship it. If the order isn't returned to us we cannot re-ship.
Where is my package? The tracking information hasn't updated in a long time. Can you tell me where it is?
Unfortunately, we only see the same tracking information as you. In some cases, international orders can take up to 4 weeks to clear customs. If the tracking information was last departed from the warehouse and has not updated recently, it is more than likely still making its way overseas. Once it arrives at that next overseas destination, the package will be scanned and the tracking information will update. If it has been over 5 weeks since it has been updated, let us know and we can try shipping your order again.
I paid for shipping on my order, but then the package arrived and I had to pay to receive it.
Our shipping cost does not include import or customs taxes. This is a common occurrence for international orders and unfortunately, we have no control over them.
How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
The checkout process uses Shopify & PayPal. Both are part of the top trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, our store has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as PayPal.com and we are Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.
Where is my invoice?
We do not send out invoices. If you require an invoice, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request and we will email you one.
